The Vietnam Rust Hackathon plays a vital role in raising awareness and spreading knowledge about the Rust programming language within the Vietnamese programming community. Rust is a memory-safe, high-performance programming language that is increasingly being used in critical software projects.
Team Formation:
The competition will have 30 participating teams, each consisting of approximately 5 members.
- If you already have a team: Please provide team information to the organizers (including team name, member names, and contact information).
- If you do not have a team: The organizers will place you on a suitable team. Rest assured that we will use your experience and interests to create the most effective team possible.
Participation Requirements:
To participate in the competition, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be 18 years of age or older and have experience in the information technology field.
- Have knowledge of or a desire to learn about the Rust programming language.
- Agree to participate in training sessions, the 24-hour hackathon, and the final round.
- Be responsible for the competition and team members.
- Arrange time to participate in training sessions, mandatory participation in the 24-hour hackathon and the final round.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, unable to attend training, must inform the organizers.

Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Hackathon.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ORGANIZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE HACKATHON, EVEN IF THE ORGANIZER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
General
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Hackathon and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. These Terms & Conditions may be amended by the Organizer at any time by posting the amended terms on the Hackathon website. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Viet Nam.
